Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Operations - Officer - WBO Managed Instalment Loan (41_2473_100205) Office Location: Bank House-Surat, Bank House-Surat Position description: Operations - Officer - WBO Managed Instalment Loan Primary Responsibilities: Ensure proper inwarding of Login files received from Sales / RMs are recorded in the register. Bar code generation and affixing stickers in the loan file. Dispatching the DARO to dealers, NOC to customers dispatched over post, NDC is handed over to RM or customer in person and direct file dispatch to local storage vendors. Dispatching of the files to CPU, Interactions and coordination with Sales/Credit/Collections, Interaction with CPA and Dealer Ensure training at regular intervals to staff at various levels.
