Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Operations - Officer - Trade Finance Desk (41_2473_100200) Office Location: SACHIN SURAT, SACHIN SURAT Position description: Operations - Officer - Trade Finance Desk Primary Responsibilities: Coordinating in sorting & binding of vouchers/cheques/sheets, Managing OEC Records,Funding of exchanges requirements, Coordinating with branches and RMs.Updation of daily exchange related MIS Assisting in 5s activities,MIS preparation related to operations & staff (as per the requirement),Managing customer query/complaints,Courier management both inward and outward, Inwarding, Scanning & Indexing in Trade Stream,Housekeeping of compliance registers and maintaining them periodically which will be further checked and reviewed by the Bank staff. Filing/ xerox and scan of documents.
