We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Operations Officer

to manage the daily administrative, financial, HR and project operations of our company. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal workflows and supporting leadership in maintaining efficient, compliant and well-structured operations.

Financial and Administrative Operations

Service Provider and Vendor Management

Asset Management

Human Resources and Attendance

Project and Income Tracking

Internal and External Communications


Qualifications



Prior experience in operations, administration, HR coordination, or office management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with basic accounting or HR tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
