Operations & Office Administrator
to support daily administrative and coordination tasks at our Banaswadi office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
Maintain student and trainer records, attendance, and schedules.
Assist in communication with clients, trainers, and vendors.
Support in preparing reports, documents, and maintaining data in Excel or ERP tools.
Oversee office inventory, logistics, and general administrative duties.
Coordinate event or training-related arrangements when required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or equivalent preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Immediate joiners preferred.
