Key Responsibility -
- Supply Chain Management
: Assist in coordinating vendor communications, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.
- Material Testing:
Support quality checks by conducting basic material inspections, documenting test results, and reporting any defects or non-conformities.
- Delivery Coordination
: Manage delivery schedules, prepare shipment documents, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Dispatch Operations:
Oversee dispatch processes, including packing, labelling, loading/unloading, and maintaining dispatch records for accuracy.
- Reporting & Documentation
: Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory status, delivery metrics, and operational efficiency using basic tools like Excel.
Additional Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
(Freshers preferred).
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, or quality control concepts.
