The Operations / Marketing Manager for the PVC/WPC Division will oversee end-to-end operational management while driving marketing and sales growth for PVC/WPC boards, sheets, profiles, and related products. This role ensures smooth production planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, sales strategy execution, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is experienced in the building materials industry, understands PVC/WPC product applications, and can manage both operational workflows and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the PVC/WPC production unit.
Monitor production planning, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards and minimize downtime.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and cost control.
2. Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination
Manage procurement of raw materials such as PVC resin, WPC additives, CaCO3, and related chemicals.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements.
Track inbound/outbound logistics and ensure timely dispatch.
3. Marketing & Sales Development
Create marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities in construction, interiors, furniture manufacturing, and OEM segments.
Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage digital marketing activities: social media, product campaigns, brochures, website content, etc.
Coordinate dealer/distributor onboarding and sales team support.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Address customer inquiries, technical queries, and after-sales support.
Coordinate product demonstrations, sample distribution, and training sessions.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Product & Quality Management
Work with the quality team to ensure consistent product performance.
Assist in development of new product lines or enhancements in PVC/WPC offerings.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to R&D and production teams.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on production, sales, inventory, and market activities.
Track KPIs for operations efficiency and sales performance.
Present insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, or related field (preferred: engineering background in plastics or building materials).
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in PVC/WPC, building materials, wood alternatives, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of PVC/WPC sheets, boards, doors, profiles, or extrusion products.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in fast-paced environments.
