We are looking for a

self-driven Remote Operations & Marketing Executive

to support our agency's internal operations and marketing execution across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal

task coordination and follow-ups

remotely Coordinate between marketing teams and ensure timelines are met Support execution of marketing campaigns and content plans Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation Communicate with clients for updates and requirements Assist management with operational planning and workflow improvement

Requirements:

Experience in operations, marketing coordination, or project support roles Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setup Good written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have (Optional):

Remote agency experience Understanding of digital marketing workflows CRM or project management tool experience
