The PVR Model
- Serving Coffee at 80+ Counters in PVR Cinemas
The Outlet Model
- Serving Coffee and Food at 20+ Direct-to-Customer Outlets across Delhi-NCR
The Corporate Model
- Serving Coffee and Food at 10+ Corporate HQ across Delhi-NCR
We are looking for an
Operations Manager / Lead
to work directly with the Management Team on high-impact projects. You will oversee all the three Business Models.
The scope of projects spans multiple departments, from designing and implementing SOPs to identifying and streamlining inefficiencies. Needless to say, this is a very hands on role that will require you to wear multiple hats.
In addition, this Role offers exposure beyond BiziBean. The current BiziBean Management also oversees
Nirula's Ice Cream
and
Angels In My Kitchen
, two of India's most renowned F&B brands with 200+ outlets nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to take on a
senior leadership role
within a large and diverse F&B ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all 3 Business Models end-to-end, by regularly coordinating with Area Managers
Build strong relationships with PVR Ground Teams and solve any operational Issues like absenteeism of manpower or stock-outs.
Drive operational excellence across outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Act as a bridge between Management and frontline operations
Support the rollout of SOPs and process improvements across departments
Who We Are Looking For
3+ Years of Experience in Managing Teams (F&B/Retail/Hospitality Preferred)
Experience in Resolving Operational Challenges and Driving Efficiency
Experience in Implementing various SOPs
Experience in Working Across Departments
Experience in Growing Sales
Strong People Management and Leadership skills
Native Fluency in
Hindi or English
