BeeperMD is looking for a passionate Manager Operations who will help us in managing overseas Clinics of BeeperMD to make us more effective in our mission. The candidate should know what smart work is and must possess excellent communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: This is a full-time onsite role for an Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of BeeperMD overseas and ensure that all operations are running smoothly. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians and ensuring that they are providing high-quality healthcare services. The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing logistics and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. Requirements: Experience of 9+ years in operations management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team overseas Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with logistics and inventory management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Location: Chandigarh Work From Office Only Company Profile: BeeperMD is a healthcare service provider that offers free at-home Urgent Care and COVID Testing.
