Experience Required:
Minimum 5-10 years (Hospital Operations mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
day-to-day hospital operations
(OPD, IPD, diagnostics, support services)
Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing & admin departments
Implement
NABH operational protocols
and SOPs
Monitor patient flow, turnaround time, and service efficiency
Manage vendor coordination, facility management & biomedical services
Support HR functions: duty rosters, manpower planning, discipline
Ensure compliance with
statutory & NABH operational requirements
Assist management in cost control, process improvement & patient experience
Handle escalations, patient grievances & operational issues
Key Requirements
Strong understanding of
hospital workflows & NABH operational standards
Experience handling multi-department hospital operations
Leadership, problem-solving & coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure in a clinical environment
Knowledge of hospital MIS, audits & compliance tracking
Preferred Qualification
MBA Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration
