Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Monitor daily workflow in weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, or garmenting (as applicable).
Implement SOPs for production, quality control, inventory, and dispatch.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and logistics teams to maintain operational accuracy.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Manage fabric procurement, vendor relationships, and raw material planning.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and track stock movement.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate for quality and cost efficiency.
Process Improvement & Quality
Identify gaps in operations and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
Minimize wastage and improve production yield.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and guide operations staff, supervisors, and shift teams.
Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business goals.
Provide regular operational reports and performance analysis.
Cost & Compliance
Monitor operational costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, labor laws, and compliance guidelines relevant to the textile sector.
