Job Title:

Operations Manager (Content Production)

Location:

Pune (On-site/Hybrid)

Experience Required:

2-5 years in Operations/Project Management

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day content operations (YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels, Documentaries) Build & manage a content calendar to keep production on track Coordinate with writers, editors, cinematographers, and social media teams Ensure balance between quality and deadlines for top-class, fast-paced output Troubleshoot delays, last-minute changes, and production challenges Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement smarter workflows Help scale output from 2 documentaries/month ? 6 documentaries/month, while maintaining consistency in short-form content

Requirements

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills Understanding of digital content workflows (YouTube, Instagram, or both) Proficiency with productivity tools: ClickUp/Notion, Google Calendar, Slack Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and effective under tight deadlines Continuous improvement mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
