Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Tarinika in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing inventory, coordinating logistics and shipments, implementing efficient processes, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in inventory management and logistics Knowledge of supply chain management principles Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
