Job Description

Experience in Cafe & Restaurant is mandatory.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff to maintain a qualified and motivated team.

Customer Service:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complaints effectively.

Financial Management:

Managing budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

Inventory Control:

Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and implementing procedures to minimize waste and prevent shortages.

Quality Assurance:

Monitoring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness to maintain high operational standards.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

Training:

Conducting regular staff training on food safety, customer service, and other relevant topics.

Performance Management:

Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and addressing operational issues promptly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.
