JD for Operational Manager
We are North India distributor of 3M India Ltd. with team of more than 350 employees in around 30 locations in North India.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing processes, supervising staff, optimizing operational systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee production, logistics, procurement, and service delivery processes.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.) to align operational goals with business objectives.

Lead, motivate, and support staff through regular performance evaluations and development programs.

Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Prepare operational reports and present to senior management.
