Role Description

The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to extending the continuum of care in rehabilitation centers, managing home healthcare services, and enhancing the digicare platform to deliver top quality care.

Qualifications-

Clinical background, Medical Knowledge, and Healthcare Experience Strong Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care Teamwork, Collaboration, and Leadership abilities Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills Excellent Communication and Empathy skills Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience working in rehabilitation centers or home healthcare settings is a plus Knowledge of technology and digital healthcare platforms is beneficial

KRA's -

Supervise daily operations and staff performance. Manage budgets and control costs. Implement policies and maintain records. Handle staff/vendor queries and patient issues. Conduct vendor/institute meetings regularly. Market and promote homecare services. Onboard vendors and deploy trained GDAs/Nursing staff.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
