Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Recreation departments.
Ensure smooth coordination between all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality across the property.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all department
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and feedback.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
Analyze revenue performance and operational expenses to ensure profitability.
Monitor purchasing, inventory, and resource allocation to avoid wastage.
Work closely with the General Manager or Owners on financial planning and reporting.
nsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee maintenance and safety of resort facilities and equipment.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficiency measures.
