Manage and coordinate procurement, warehouse, production, HSE, installation teams, and project execution
Implement and maintain quality control systems across all operational processes
Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest standards of quality
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
Oversee supply chain management and inventory control
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow between warehouse, production, procurement, HSE and installation teams
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Lead and develop team members through training and performance management
Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
Manage and monitor operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and facility management
Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a facade, or joinery sub-contracting company. With experience in managing multiple teams across multiple projects and scopes.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in glazing, joinery, or construction industry
Knowledge of industry-specific software technology, and ERP systems
MBA or advanced degree in related field
