The Operations Manager of Rising Sun Child Therapy Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of the center. This role ensures that the center operates efficiently, aligns with organizational goals, and provides high-quality services to children and families. The Branch Manager is the key liaison between the center's staff, clients, and upper management, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Oversee all administrative operations, including scheduling, client intake, billing, and facility maintenance.
Ensure that all operational procedures are followed according to company standards.
Monitor and manage the center's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
2. Staff Management:
Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists, office managers, and other non-clinical personnel.
Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate training and professional development for administrative staff.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery and responsiveness.
Manage client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the center complies with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain service excellence.
Prepare and submit required reports to upper management and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Planning and Development:
Collaborate with the Regional Director and upper management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the center.
Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Participate in the development and execution of marketing and community outreach initiatives.
Financial Management:
Manage the center's budget, including forecasting and financial planning.
Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facility Management:
Ensure that the center is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to a positive client experience.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.
Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies.
