Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager to handle all office-based operational activities and approval coordination for our construction company. The candidate will support management by handling approvals, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle all office-related operational and administrative activities Coordinate with site teams through phone/email for approvals and documentation Prepare, review, and maintain construction-related documents and reports Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely closure Assist in procurement documentation and vendor coordination (office-based) Maintain proper records, files, and approval trackers Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Civil / Construction knowledge preferred) Experience in office operations or approval coordination. Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills Good communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred Skills:



2 to 3 years of experience in handling approvals Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
