Lead and manage Counsellors, Senior Counsellors, and Student Service Administrators
Ensure accurate and timely reporting with actionable insights
Oversee enquiry management and lead allocation to improve conversions
Support multiple branches to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
Coordinate with other departments to align daily operations
Ensure all operational activities meet standards and deadlines
Handle staffing requirements, hiring, and onboarding
Manage school operations when staff are absent
Conduct audits to ensure policy and quality compliance
Act as Operations Point of Contact (OPOC) between teams and branches
Drive lead generation and market expansion activities
Ensure academic and operational compliance with faculty coordination
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
Implement brand promotion and market expansion strategies
