We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our assisted-living facility. You will ensure that residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while managing staff, resources, and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage everyday operations -- resident care, facility maintenance, safety, and hygiene.
Lead and supervise staff (nurses, caregivers, support staff), handle scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and enforce facility policies and procedures.
Coordinate care services -- liaise with healthcare providers, oversee care plans, and address resident/family concerns.
Manage budgeting, records, and administrative tasks related to facility operations.
What We're Looking For:
Education in healthcare administration, social work, or similar (or relevant experience)
Proven experience in senior-care/assisted-living or healthcare facility management
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with empathy and respect for residents' dignity
