Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes to enhance service delivery. Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departments are aligned with the overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality service. Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth.Collect and analyze data to assess operational performance and guide decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the IT and Services industry. Strong understanding of operational processes and performance management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of improving team productivity. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
