Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of sales strategies, processes, and performance targets across departments.
Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure timely reporting and forecasting accuracy.
Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze sales performance and customer trends.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular dashboards/reports for senior management.
Lead CRM system usage and hygiene, including data integrity, user training, and automation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales campaigns, pricing, and promotional activities.
Manage the sales support team and ensure efficient order management, client communication, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in sales operations, business management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
