Qualifications:
MBA
from a recognized institution (required).
4-7 years of operations management experience

team leadership

Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations and team coordination.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP or operations management systems is a plus.
