Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including administrative and support services. Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments. Monitor and improve key operational metrics including patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and resource utilization. Supervise facility management, housekeeping, security, front office, and other support functions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement of non-medical supplies. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs. Drive staff training, development, and performance management. Handle patient complaints and grievances efficiently and professionally. Prepare regular reports for senior management on hospital performance and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of hospital processes, compliance standards, and quality control. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) and data analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?48,000.00 per month
