Oversee the daily operations of the theater, including customer service, ticket sales, and concessions
Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
Maintain the theater facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
Prepare weekly schedules and manage staff coverage to ensure the theater is fully staffed during peak periods
Resolve customer complaints and handle challenging situations in a professional and efficient manner
Monitor ticket sales, concession sales, and other revenue streams to ensure the theater is meeting financial goals
Communicate with the head office and other stakeholders to ensure that the theater is running smoothly and effectively
Movie Theater Manager Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience in hospitality or entertainment management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing environment
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service and sales goals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
