Role Overview:

The Operations role at Tenderchops is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of stores, maintaining product quality, driving sales performance, optimizing manpower, and ensuring adherence to company standards in customer service, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across Tenderchops outlets in the assigned region. Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs in production, display, hygiene, and customer service. Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock movement; coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment. Track sales performance and implement local store marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets. Conduct regular audits on store operations, product quality, and staff performance. Train and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and ensure resolution within timelines. Support in new store openings -- from setup to launch. Coordinate with central functions (HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of policies and campaigns. Prepare and present periodic operational performance reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent coordination and multitasking ability. Knowledge of fresh food retail operations (meat/seafood preferred). Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation. Customer-centric approach and ability to handle field challenges. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field. 3-8 years of experience in retail operations / food retail / QSR / FMCG. Experience managing multi-store operations preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
