Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Operations & Maintenance Manager
to lead solar project execution and support manufacturing operations. The role involves managing
roof-top and ground-mounted solar PV projects
, optimizing operational efficiency, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of roof-top and ground-mounted solar projects
Plan project schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure safety and quality compliance
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, EPC partners, and clients
Support solar manufacturing operations, supply chain, and vendor management
Develop SOPs and track operational KPIs
Lead site teams and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred)
5+ years' experience in solar PV project management and operations
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, codes, and installation practices
Experience in manufacturing operations and quality control is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
