Unison Security Ltd. is a licensed, Canada-based security services company providing construction site security, fire watch, mobile patrols, alarm response, and event security across multiple provinces in Canada. We work with construction companies, property managers, and commercial clients.
We are expanding our remote operations team and are hiring
two experienced Operations Managers
to support our Canadian field operations.
Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the
day-to-day operational coordination of security guards and sites in Canada
. This is a remote role requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for multiple security sites
Prepare and maintain guard rosters and shift schedules
Coordinate with guards regarding attendance, lateness, and replacements
Handle last-minute call-outs, no-shows, and emergency coverage
Monitor and review daily activity and incident reports
Communicate professionally with Canadian clients via email and phone
Ensure guards follow site instructions, uniforms, and procedures
Escalate incidents and operational issues to senior management
Maintain accurate operational records using CRM / workforce tools
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years experience in
security services, facilities management, or manpower operations
Experience managing
field staff / guards / technicians
Strong spoken and written
English communication
Comfortable working
evening or night shifts (IST)
with Canada time overlap
Good knowledge of
rostering, dispatch, and incident handling
Proficient with
Excel / Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp
Reliable internet connection with backup
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with international or overseas clients
Experience in construction site or fire watch operations
Familiarity with workforce management or security software
