Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and backend teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, onboard, and manage field sales executives and ensure adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular market visits and gather on-ground insights for business development.
Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, product launches, and retail activations.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
