Get Slim is part of Dietitian Natasha Mohan LLP, a growing healthcare and wellness organisation led by Dietitian Natasha Mohan.

We are hiring a

hands-on Operations Manager

to manage

Sales and Service teams

, ensure smooth daily operations, handle

team coordination

, and

step in to close sales when required

.

This role is for someone who understands

ground-level execution

, team discipline, and service delivery in a growing business.

It is

not

a backend admin or policy-only HR role.

The Operations Manager will work closely with management and will be responsible for

execution, control, and coordination

across teams.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Operations (Lead from the Front)



Manage Sales TLs and sales executives Step in to

close escalated or high-value sales

when required Review follow-ups, conversions, and sales discipline Guide the sales team using practical, hands-on experience

2. Service Operations



Manage Service TLs and service delivery teams Ensure clients are handled as per defined processes Handle service escalations and coordination gaps Ensure smooth handover between sales and service teams

3. Team & People Management



Day-to-day management Attendance tracking, discipline, and work coordination Conduct interviews and

negotiate salaries

(final approval with management) Coordinate onboarding and exits Maintain basic HR records and internal coordination

4. Reporting & Coordination



Share regular updates with management Highlight operational, sales, or people-related issues early Implement processes and instructions given by management

Required Profile



5-8 years experience in

operations / sales / service management

Prior experience handling

team leaders

Comfortable

closing sales when required

Strong people-handling and coordination skills Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses preferred Good communication skills in

English & Hindi
