: Operations Manager

Role Objective


Own end-to-end operations covering

Purchase, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse

. This role exists to ensure material is procured correctly, produced on time, quality is non-negotiable, inventory is accurate, and dispatch happens without excuses.

Core Responsibilities



1. Purchase & Production Management



Plan and execute purchase based on sales orders, forecasts, and stock levels Finalize vendors as per quality, cost, and delivery timelines Raise and track Purchase Orders for raw material and outsourced production Ensure availability of correct material at the right time for production Plan production schedules aligned with delivery commitments Monitor vendor performance on quality, quantity, and timelines Prevent over-purchasing, shortages, and production idle time

2. Quality Check & Control



Define and enforce quality standards for raw material and finished goods Conduct quality checks at inward, in-process, and final stages Approve or reject material based on defined QC parameters Ensure rejected material is recorded, replaced, or reworked Maintain QC reports, rejection logs, and corrective action records Drive continuous improvement in product quality and consistency

3. Inward & Outward Logistics



Manage inward movement of raw material and finished goods Verify quantity and quality during inward entry Coordinate outward dispatch as per delivery schedule Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation Track transporter performance, delays, and damages Ensure dispatch accuracy and zero mismatch issues

4. Warehouse & Inventory Management



Maintain accurate stock records for raw material and finished goods Ensure physical stock matches system stock at all times Implement FIFO and proper storage practices Plan warehouse layout for efficiency and safety Conduct periodic stock audits and variance analysis Prevent stock damage, loss, or misplacement

Daily Non-Negotiables



Production and purchase status visibility Zero blind dispatches without QC clearance Updated stock and warehouse records Clear escalation of delays or risks before they impact delivery

Key KPIs



On-time production completion rate Purchase cost variance vs budget Rejection and rework percentage On-time dispatch rate Inventory accuracy percentage Reduction in wastage and dead stock

Skills Required



Strong operational and execution mindset Vendor negotiation and control capability High attention to quality and detail Strong planning and coordination skills Comfortable with ERP systems, inventory tools, and reports Ability to take ownership and make decisions under pressure

Experience



4-8 years in operations, production, or supply chain roles Manufacturing or multi-vendor environment mandatory Experience with ERP-based operations preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
