Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager

who can manage day-to-day business operations remotely. The ideal candidate will coordinate with

sales teams and internal departments

, ensure smooth execution of processes, and provide

regular updates to upper management

This role requires someone who understands how businesses actually run--not just on paper.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily operations across food delivery and retail business units Ensure smooth coordination between sales, support, logistics, and backend teams Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements Ensure SOPs are followed consistently across teams

2. Sales Team Management

Manage and monitor the sales team's daily activities and targets Track sales performance, conversions, and follow-ups Coordinate with sales leaders to improve productivity and results Help resolve on-ground or operational issues faced by the sales team

3. Team Coordination

Act as a bridge between different teams (sales, operations, support, marketing, vendors) Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion Maintain accountability across all teams Support hiring, onboarding, and basic training coordination if required

4. Reporting & Updates to Management

Prepare

daily/weekly operational and sales reports

Share clear performance updates with upper management Highlight risks, delays, or bottlenecks early Provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth

5. Process & Performance Improvement

Monitor KPIs related to operations and sales Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and team coordination Support scaling of operations as the business grows

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in

operations, team management, or business coordination

Experience managing

sales teams

(inside sales or field sales) Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple teams remotely Problem-solving mindset with execution focus Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM, or task tools
