Railse, a logistics company, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily shipping operations, manage the team, and coordinate with partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the team of office managers handling daily orders.
Monitor all daily order pickups and deliveries for smooth execution.
Immediately report any existing or potential issues with orders to management.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely customer payment collection.
Manage the full hiring and training lifecycle for new Operation Coordinators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors to ensure good service.
Drive adoption of the "Railse Admin" mobile app by training staff, gathering feedback for the tech team, and demonstrating new features.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
