Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations Manager

to oversee daily operations across production, supply chain, packaging, inventory, and logistics. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, maintaining high product quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of snack production units and packaging. Monitor and optimize supply chain and logistics for timely deliveries. Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety (FSSAI), and quality control standards. Oversee inventory management and raw material procurement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, distribution, and marketing. Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction. Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights. Liaise with vendors and third-party logistics partners. Train and supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Food Tech, or relevant field (MBA preferred). 2-3 years of experience in food processing, FMCG, or QSR operations. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory systems. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
