Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management & Team Enablement

Implement, configure, and manage CRM platforms (Zoho / LeadSquared / HubSpot or similar). Design and maintain sales pipelines (Lead ? Site Visit ? Booking ? Closure). Train sales teams, CRM callers, and CP coordination teams. Create SOPs, workflows, and training documentation. Monitor follow-ups, lead ageing, and conversion discipline. Ensure

zero lead leakage

and high CRM adoption.

2. Digital Ads Technology & Performance Monitoring

Handle technical setup and performance monitoring of

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. Ensure correct implementation of: Pixels and Conversion APIs Lead forms and WhatsApp click tracking CRM and analytics integrations Track, analyse, and report: Cost per Lead (CPL) Lead quality Source-wise conversions Coordinate optimisation with creative and marketing teams. Flag or pause underperforming campaigns based on data.

3. Landing Pages & Lead Capture Systems

Create and manage landing pages using no-code platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Zoho Sites, etc.). Integrate landing pages with CRM, WhatsApp, and analytics tools. Manage UTM tracking and attribution. Conduct basic A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

4. WhatsApp Business API & Automation

Manage WhatsApp Business API platforms such as

AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, or Gupshup

. Configure agent routing, auto-responses, and follow-up workflows. Manage broadcast rules and compliance. Integrate WhatsApp conversations with CRM. Monitor response times and conversation quality.

5. QR Codes, Events & Registration Systems

Create online registration forms for events, CP meets, and project launches. Generate QR codes for registration and attendance tracking. Sync event data with CRM for follow-up.

6. Internal IT & Digital Infrastructure

Manage in-house Wi-Fi networks (sales office, site office, guest networks). Administer Google Workspace / Microsoft 365. Coordinate basic IT needs: devices, printers, scanners, access permissions. Ensure basic cybersecurity and data access discipline.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
