Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project Management

Plan and manage daily operations across weddings, Short films, and music projects Allocate photographers, cinematographers, and editors to projects Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with freelancers and vendors during peak periods Maintain project trackers and workflow documentation
Quality Control (Critical Responsibility)

Review photo and video outputs before client delivery Ensure consistency in color, tone, storytelling, and brand quality Coordinate rework with editors when required Ensure all deliverables meet company standards before approval
Team & Process Coordination

Act as the single point of control between creative teams, sales, and accounts Enforce internal SOPs and workflow discipline Prevent direct client commitments by editors or shooters Resolve internal delays and escalations professionally
Reporting & Accountability

Provide weekly delivery and performance reports to the Founder Highlight risks, delays, and capacity issues in advance Suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years experience in operations, project management, or production coordination

Experience in media, events, wedding studios, advertising agencies, or production houses mandatory

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle pressure during peak wedding seasons

Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)

Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
