Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations of the pharmaceutical facility, including production, packaging, inventory, and logistics. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, WHO, ISO) and internal SOPs. Monitor key operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve operational targets. Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and procurement teams for smooth operations. Plan and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree. 5-8 years of experience in operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing or related pharma facilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in process optimization, production planning, and team management.
