Continuous Improvement / Lean / TPM methodologies
Equipment performance improvement & maintenance strategies
Education: BE. Engineering Background/ Any Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive Continuous Improvement using CI/Lean/TPM methodologies
? Perform routine loss analysis & eliminate non-value-added activities
? Lead RCA for equipment failures & reduce downtime
? Maintain integrity of OEE metrics and performance reporting
? Conduct audits and enhance daily management systems
? Support regulatory compliance (GMP & Schedule M)
? Track and maintain OEE performance database and improvement reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
