Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Admin teams for smooth operations
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory control
Identify process gaps and implement improvements
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
3-7 years of experience in operations or management roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience in education / hospitality / service industry
Knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and process optimization
