Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a

US voice process

, preferably in

freight brokerage

or

dispatch operations

Prior experience managing a team in logistics or customer support Willingness to work night shifts (US timings) Strong understanding of

US logistics processes

brokerage operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage a large team of

Freight Brokers

working on US-based logistics operations Oversee daily floor operations and ensure team performance meets KPIs Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards Train, mentor, and support brokers for skill development and target achievement Coordinate with the Operations Head to streamline workflow and optimize team output Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution Drive a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,179.96 - ₹90,000.00 per month
