Oversee and manage the entire facility and office operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
Facilitate and coordinate student profiles, documentation, and application processes
Ensure complete follow-up on admissions, interviews, visas, scholarships, and post-offer processes
Attend and coordinate offline and online meetings with clients, partners, universities, and internal teams
Draft, review, and manage professional email communication with international partners and clients
Coordinate with overseas institutions, embassies, and third-party agencies
Assist management in recruiting office staff and language trainers, including coordination of interviews and onboarding support
Supervise staff performance and support smooth team coordination
Maintain operational records, reports, and compliance with internal processes
Handle client escalations and operational challenges efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong email writing and computer skills (MS Office, email platforms)
Good coordination, multitasking, and follow-up skillS.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
