Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:

• Manages the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods.
• Ensures products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Monitors equipment maintenance, worker safety, and quality control.
• Operations Management:

• Oversees logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Manages the overall day-to-day operations of the plant or facility.
• Focuses on optimizing processes, resource allocation, and reducing operational costs.
• Strategic Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinates between different departments, such as procurement, production, quality control, and sales.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
