Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket. Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities, including merchandising, stock management, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Monitor inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure effective replenishment. Implement store policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance measures. Enhance customer experience through efficient service delivery and problem resolution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely stock availability. Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail operations or supermarket management. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
