- Oversee daily resort operations
- Coordinate with all departments and management
- Monitor day-to-day revenue, expenses, and performance
- Handle guest issues and ensure service quality
- Drive the overall growth and development of the property
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior hospitality operations experience preferred
- Good problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities
