GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible to actively seek & understand in & out of operations management of business and engage/handle multiple branch ops teams. Providing complete support to team & driving them with FIRST TIME RIGHT approach, ensuring 100% portfolio conversion, ,Achieving EBITDA & PBT as per annual AOP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Handling and maintaining customer relationships,invoice submission, timely service completions of new & existing accounts accounts of branches
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing expense wrt branch expenses
  • Maintain positive business relationships with the clients
  • Reach out to large customers through quarterly business review, developing referrals from existing accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customer team to acquire new business line
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse the territory/market\'s potential,Competition product and services, track service , stock updates, technician productivity
  • Drive 100% invoice submissions with 48 hours of service to keep DSO Days in control as per AOP

Requirements:

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (or its equivalent) with overall experience of at least 8-10 years spread across front line B2B Account Management including 3 to 4 years in team management
  • Fair knowledge of the geography in which the position will be based
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT
  • Valid Drivig license with Bike
