, you'll work closely with the founder and learn every aspect of running and scaling a business:
Coordinate day-to-day operations with labour and suppliers
Manage inventory, raw material, and packaging flow
Handle vendor follow-ups, purchasing, and basic accounts
Ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time
Assist in documentation, invoicing, and record keeping
Use basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, emails, Tally preferred)
Support marketing/logistics as needed (courier, dispatch, etc.)
Take ownership of tasks and grow into an independent operations leader
Who you are
Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA or equivalent) - freshers welcome if eager to learn
Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Good communication & organizational skills
Honest, reliable, and willing to learn hands-on
Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or natural products is a plus
Based in Indore or willing to relocate
Minimum experience Required: 2 years
