? Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and C&I Projects.
? Coordination and execution of task from team
? Conduct awareness out Process and Systems
? Preparation Multiple Dashboards and data as per requirements in Google / Excel
? Day to day coordination with ZOH, SOH, COM, CDM PM and PCs
? Tracking of project journey, Highlighting delays
? Follow-up and updating closure reports
? Carrying out necessary checks and balances of projects
? Calculate Manpower and capacity requirement as per Manpower design
? RCA for timeline breaches, Skills required for identification
? Act as a central communication hub to ensure alignment and seamless information flow between ground teams and management.
? Stakeholder management.
? Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) of Ops team and provide insights for decision-making
Requirement
- Advance Computer Knowledge in M.S. Excel + Google sheet + Powerpoint + Looker studio ( H-lookup/ V -Lookup/ pivot table/ dashboards mandatory)
Proficiency in data management and analysis.
