Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering

Certification or exposure to

Distillery Operations / Alcobev Manufacturing

preferred Knowledge of

Excise Laws & State Regulatory Frameworks

will be an advantage
Experience

8-15 years

of hands-on experience in

distillery, brewery, ethanol, or alcobev manufacturing

Proven experience managing

plant operations, bottling lines, utilities, and compliance

Experience working with

State Excise, Pollution Control Board, and Factory Inspectorate

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

distillery and bottling plant operations

, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety Plan and execute

production schedules

for spirit production, blending, maturation, and bottling Ensure strict adherence to

State Excise regulations

, daily stock accounts, transit passes, and audits Oversee

raw material planning

(ENA/RS, grain/molasses, packaging materials) and inventory control Monitor

plant KPIs

including yield, recovery, losses, downtime, and cost per case/litre Coordinate with

Quality Control

to ensure product consistency and regulatory standards Supervise

maintenance, utilities (boilers, ETP, RO, compressors), and shutdown planning

Ensure compliance with

safety, fire, pollution control, and factory laws

Drive

process optimization, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives

Lead and develop

plant, bottling, and operations teams

Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to senior management
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

distillation, blending, maturation, bottling, and utilities

Thorough understanding of

Indian excise laws, permits, and statutory registers

Exposure to

ETP, ZLD, waste management, and sustainability practices

Cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency expertise Leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional coordination skills Proficiency in

ERP/MIS systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
